He will be responsible for leading the service team, managing customer relationships, and ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

Commenting on his appointment, Valerie Cunningham, regional sales manager at Videojet, said: “We are delighted to welcome Steven to the Videojet team. His extensive experience in service and support will be a great asset to our operations in Ireland, and we are confident that he will make a significant contribution to our continued growth and success in the food, drink and pharmaceuticals sector.”

Steven will lead a team of six multi-disciplinary service engineers who are based in Ireland and offer countrywide coverage that includes northern and southern territories.

Exhibiting at the upcoming National Manufacturing & Supply Chain Conference & Exhibition in Dublin, Videojet is looking forward to showcasing its range of coding and marking capabilities. Used for printing identification and traceability information including expiry dates, batch codes, barcodes, logos, and company names on products or packaging, its innovative range includes thermal transfer, thermal inkjet, print and apply labelling and laser marking.

Founded in 1990, the Tallaght-headquartered business has a raft of prestigious commercial and consumer goods manufacturing customers. Videojet is proud to include Irish brands such as Bushmills and Baileys on its roster.

Videojet acquired UK-based coding and marking business, Clearmark Solutions, in September 2022 which doubled the size of UK and Ireland operations. The merger allows for the provision of end-to-end solutions and system integrations capability across the two countries.
