Michael Jackson adds more tour dates in the UK
Michael Jackson has announced even more tour dates at London’s O2 Arena, which will take his last date to February 2010. The pop icon will now play a staggering 44 nights at the London venue, with tour dates starting on the 8th of July 2009 and finishing on the 12th of February 2010.
There has been an unprecedented demand for pre-ticket sales to the show, with the first ten dates selling out on Tuesday and many fans complaining of technical problems when trying to order them.
Ticketmaster’s director Chris Edmonds said that demand was high and that: “Unfortunately due to a technical issue, we were unable to facilitate all immediate ticket requests. Apologies to those fans who were unable to log on, but fans should keep on trying to purchase tickets.”
Pre-ticket sales are due to close today, with the rest of the tickets going on sales to the general public at 7am GMT tomorrow morning.
It has also been reported that tickets have already been sold through online auction sites, with prices ranging from £170 to £10,000; Tickets from the official sellers, MichaelJacksonLive.com and Ticketmaster.co.uk cost up to £75.

Last week he had MRSA and has been struggling to walk. Now people are expecting him to moonwalk in the 02 arena. Ok he looked well when he announced the tour but that was 10-20 minutes worth of exercise. but dancing and singing for 3hours every night will soon takes its toll on the unfit.
I just don’t see how he will manage this. He always looks weak and frail
