Mobile Phones Underground

One of the most irritating trends of people using mobiles while travelling is about to start this week and off all places it’s the Underground. Many passengers using the tube will now be able to make their mobile calls just as normal while travelling.The train network of Glasgow subway will be the first to get the treatment and the 02 mobile phone network will be the first to deliver the service. If the underground mobile service proves to be a success we may find it rolled out to places like the London tube.

The news that commuters will now be able to make calls underground and text using their mobiles has come as a shock to many. Others who are inspired by new mobile technology consider this as a communications first which should be inspiring to all of us.
